Terms of Service

Booking & Advance: A 30% advance is required to lock the event date. The remaining balance is due before or on the event day.

Cancellation: Cancellations 15+ days before the event receive a partial refund of the advance (minus admin charges). Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable.

Menu changes: Menu changes are accepted up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.

Guest count: Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior. Increases within 5 days are subject to feasibility and additional charges.

Liability: While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for allergic reactions unless dietary restrictions are shared in writing at least 7 days prior.
